Finally, the MAC 239 brush that I use for applying the lid color. I use this brush to blend out my crease color so there aren’t any harsh lines. I’ve had this brush for about 5 years and it has yet to fail me. The MAC 217 is one of the best crease brushes I’ve tried (a close second is the Sigma E25). The next one is the oldest brush I own and everyone should own it too. I have no idea how this works but if you happen to take your eye shadow too high into the crease, this brush takes the color back down and makes it more wearable. It is the MAC 227 brush that I use to highlight under my brow bone. Next is a magic brush that I think every makeup lover should own. This is a beautiful brown with a subtle gold shimmer that gives it a little something extra. The first item in this jar is an eyeliner by MAC called Orpheus. These four brushes are just a small selection of all the brushes in my collection. As long as you take care of your brushes (spot clean weekly, deep clean monthly), they will last a very long time. In my experience, brushes are an investment and most of the time, the price correlates with the quality. Well sit back and read all about what products I use on my eyes every day to create a more natural look. Yesterday I wrote about what products and tools I use on my face every day. It’s Friday! Today’s post is part two of my every day essentials.
